Well well well...

...do you?.......

........do you really?....

I haven't been posting or commenting for a while now cuz I have been re-reading HP 1-6 and I finished yesterday. I love them all more than ever!

This I drew with colored pencils.

-HP Spoiler Alert Warning for books 1-6-

This is just a long rambling session between me and anyone who cares to read... Its not that interesting, but you may feel the same as me.

Okay... despite the many bad feelings I have had while re-reading the Harry Potter series, I beleive Snape will end up being good. Its strange, cuz how I feel about the whole issue changes rapidly depending on what part of the books I'm reading.

What about the argument Hagrid overheard between Dumbledore and Snape in the forest. Why were they meeting in the forest? If it was just about interogating students then they could have spoke in his office. Obviously it had something to do with the vow and Malfoy.

Okay, now hear me out. There are three possible senarios for the vow: 1. Voldemort had told Snape what Malfoy's mission was; just as Snape told Belatrix and Narcissia; 2. Snape figured out what Malfoy's mission was by using Legilimancy on Narcissia before he made the vow; 3. Snape did not find out what the mission was until after he made the vow.

#1 would make sense, because Snape works at Hogwarts so it would make sense for Voldemort to tell Snape about it. On the other hand, it seems as though Malfoy would have accepted Snape's help as he accepted the help of the other Death Eaters if this were so... Why was Malfoy so reluctant for Snape's help?.... I'm really not sure why and am not really making a point from this...I'm just trying to work this out. ^^; Was Malfoy REALLY worried about snape stealing his glory?

#2 is what most people seem to believe, and so did I for a really long time.... I think if senario #3 was correct Snape would seem the most innocent, but it seems like Snape would be more on top of things than that.

So what were Dumbledore and Snape arguing about in the woods?

-Did Snape not want to interogate Malfoy about what his plans were anymore? Snape could have been getting fed up with how stuborn Malfoy was being... But why did Snape argue with Dumbledore about this? If Snape is evil wouldn't this arguement have been a dead giveway to Dumbledore? If Snape was telling Dumbledore he didn't want to help stop Malfoy from killing Dumbledore he would have been really stupid...

-I have though for a LONG time now that the arguement was about Snape not wanting to kill Dumbledore... But that would only work if Dumbledore planned all this to happen.....

-Dumbledore was nearly killed when destroying the ring horecrux over the summer and he figured the next horecrux may or may not finish him off.

-Dumbledore would rather have Snape kill him than Draco who's soul would be permanantly damaged by the act of murder.

-Dumbledore would rather die himself than have Snape die; this could be for the valuable part Snape could play in helping Harry defeat the Dark Lord.

If Dumbledore had no idea that the Horecrux would hurt him so badly then there could have been some very quick occlumency going on where Dumbledore wanted Snape to kill him before another Death Eater did (lest Snape die) or Malfoy did (lest Malfoy become a murderer). He would also have been thinkng about protecting the other students in the school from the lingering Death Eaters, and there is also the fact that Dumbledore may have felt he was finished anyway.

When Dumbledore was injured, why did he want to get to Snape rather than Madam Pomfrey? Was it purely because Snape new more of Potions ad the Dark Arts? She IS great healer though... This could be a key clue that we should trust Snape! Did Dumbledore perhaps want to make sure that Snape could finish him off before he himself died, thus saving Snape?

:faint:

I'm sorry for this rambling. I have no more idea of what the truth behind this is more than any of you... probably even less. ^^;

Some of these ideas I have are pathetically hopefull, but I just HOPE Snape is good!

If he isn't... he's still Snape. :blushes:
